Service Description
Some work doesn't need a chart or a framework to be real. Sometimes you just need space — consistent, held, structured space — to look honestly at what's in the way and begin the actual work of clearing it. The Foundation Series is a six-week coaching container built on two things: life coaching that meets you exactly where you are, and one Shadow Work session that takes you somewhere deeper. Five sessions of Transformational Life Coaching to identify what's keeping you stuck, build clarity, and start making decisions from a more grounded place. One Shadow Work session to go underneath the story — to get genuinely curious about what you've been reflexively avoiding and start moving what's been immovable. This is where the foundation gets laid. Everything after builds on it. Includes: 5 Transformational Life Coaching Sessions + 1 Shadow Work Session
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee and a new booking will be required.
