YOU ARE HERE™ named it. YOU ARE BECOMING™ is where you live inside it. WALK THE PATHWAY™ is where your body feels the integration that leads to embodying it. This is the essence of the work — a focus on a single issue and the nervous-system-level release pattern through emotional freedom that moves energy that feels "stuck." We don't just talk - we WALK the pathway to somatic release. Session by session, I hold for you an intentionally structured safe environment and walk alongside of you as you witness and process areas of challenging issues such as self-trust, self-worth, lovability, courage, decisiveness and empowerment. We work through areas of where your emotional wisdom is felt, where your vitality is lacking and where your authenticity remains silenced, even while you are actively working within your human design and acknowledging areas where that energy could use a little support. This is for the capable weirdo deep in the work of building resiliency — moving out of coping and into coherent integration. We can't change our past traumas, but we can accept them as part of a story that no longer defines us. So we step off the cliff-hanger and move forward, voice aligned, into the chapter not yet written. This is the part where the body finally believes it too. One session at a time, you reclaim: your breath, your emotional frequency, your truth. What's Included (standalone sessions): An after-session email that contains: - A session transcript (recording upon request) - A custom affirmation, built together during our session - Optional add-on: Healing sound frequency aligned to your vocal resonance key Bundle sessions include everything above, plus a Sound Frequency aligned to your vocal resonance key. Session Note: This is considered a private space. Please attend wearing comfortable clothing — movement may be involved. Bring water, as moving energy requires it. Avoid scheduling this session right before or after any high-stakes situations or emotionally charged encounters.
